Flanged Floating Ball Valve


Ball valve and brake valve belong to the same type of valves. The difference between them is that the closure member of ball valve is a sphere. The sphere has a hole (or port), and the flow will occur when the hole is in line with both ends of the valve. When the valve is closed, the hole is perpendicular to the ends of the valve, and flow is blocked. Ball valves can flexibly control the amount of flow and switch the flow direction. The sphere in valve is of floating type, therefore, under the function of pressure, it can generate a certain amount of displacement and press tightly on the sealing surface of exit end. 4. Please make sure the vestigital dust, oil and other attachment are completely cleaned. If the water cannot achieve the clean standard, users can use ethyl alcohol to clean the special parts under the circumstances that there is no damage to valve and its components. The valve and components can only be assembled after volatilization of cleaner.
5. If flanged floating ball valve is stored in the open air for a long time, the valve body and components cannot use normally because of they may be corroded. Flanged ball valves should be stored to avoid rain, water and moisture.
6. If the valve is stored for 12 months or more, it should be tested before using to guarantee stable property.
